Account

How do I create an account and place an order?

Transactions are handled by Sonic Promos and require the creation of a new, secure account when placing orders on the retail store. CFP Board does not share information from CFP Board’s database.

Who do I contact about issues with my order?

Please contact our customer service. Photos are always helpful for swift resolution. Please email them to cfpstore@sonicpromos.com. Please include your order confirmation number.

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

 

How do I apply a promotional code to my order?

After you fill out your Shipping information when checking out, you can enter a promotional code in the Payment section.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! You will receive a confirmation via email once you place your order. You can also view your orders in your online store account by clicking your name in the upper right hand corner.

Will I receive a confirmation when my order is shipped?

Yes! You will receive a shipping acknowledgement email once you place your order. You can also view the status of your orders in your online store account.

How long will my order take?

  Most items displayed in the store are in-stock and can be shipped out in three to four days. Some specialty items will need to be procured and will take additional time to be prepared and shipped.

 

          Production time varies for each product. Most items are produced in 10-15 working days; however, production time for some items fall outside of that window.

          Shipping time also varies for each product and is dependent on the location of the vendor’s warehouse and the final destination of the shipment, as well as the method of transportation. Shipping method is discretionary. When standard Ground shipping is used, orders are generally delivered within 5 business days.

Lost Package:

Please make sure to track your package once you receive your tracking number via email, and keep an eye on it. If your package is marked as delivered and you do not have it, please contact us atcfpstore@sonicpromos.comwithin 5 business days. If your package was en route, and now shows as "pending", please contact the courier service with your tracking number, and they will be able to assist you.

Return/Exchange:

Returns of apparel items are accepted for store credit less $10 for return shipping. This applies to non-personalized apparel items only. The return must be initiated within 30 days of order receipt, and the item must be in like-new condition. Please contact cfpstore@sonicpromos.com to initiate a return. A return shipping label will be provided to you via email. All other purchases are final sale. 

 

Damaged Goods:

For items that are defective or have been damaged in transit, please contact us at cfpstore@sonicpromos.com within 5 business days.

Get Certified CFP® Certification Program

Who is eligible for the Get Certified CFP® Certification program?

Those individuals who become certified within four weeks of passing the CFP® exam and official results release will be eligible to redeem a CFP Board store item at a discount. CFP Board will notify those eligible via email and provide a promotional code to use.

When will my promotional code expire?

Codes expire four weeks after exam results release.

How long will it take for me to receive my item?

For most items, delivery time is 15 working days.

How do I find out when I will become certified?

For any questions related to the CFP®certification, please contact 800-487-1497 or log in to your account atwww.cfp.net/login.
